Training + Internships
We train for confidence. We believe in growing your strengths and minimizing insecurities while preparing you for a stress-free transition into a fast-paced, growing environment.
Gone are the days of internship + training programs that last 1-2 years. We work in a fast-paced environment so we train hard for it. A internship training checklist will guide you through the upcoming weeks so that you'll know exactly what to expect each day. If you're someone who learns quickly + has the availability to train more often, you'll be on the floor in no time. If you're someone who prefers a slower + steady pace then we'll make that work for you, too! Our training program dives into everything you'll need to know about the products we use + sell, how AGAPE works, industry training courses like how create your own brand + build your clientele from the ground up, and you'll also gain confidence in each service area from consultations to scalp treatments + from Indian head massages to pedicures (if pedicures are what you love). Ultimately, we are absolutely dedicated to help you build your dream career.
